| STABLE BASE offers Pilates classes in small groups allowing personalised exercise prescription and supervision. There is a maximum of 4 clients per session. We specialise in teaching you exercises specific to your needs to ensure you get the most from your training. Pilates based workouts are designed to improve imbalances in the muscular system reducing injuries and increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. While adhering to the ideals of Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) we incorporate current understanding of training, anatomy, human movement and functional restoration. In the STABLE BASE studio
you will work on custom
made Pilates equipment including
the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Barrel. Pilates instructors at STABLE BASE have nationally recognised qualifications in Pilates and other fields of exercise together with experience in assisting people of various ages and fitness levels. |
