Since starting classes with Greg, my lower back pain has been substantially reduced and my overall strength and stability has improved greatly. Greg has helped condition my body by working with my coach and osteo to design exercisers that are tri-athlon specific.

In the past 6 months, he has worked with me to help achieve my performance goals such as riding up Falls Creek and completing my first Ironman 70.3. Greg has also taught me to become more mindful about my body during tri-athlon and I now consider these classes as a very important component of my training regime. Thanks Greg!
